- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Sear the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine & Simmer: Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
