- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 tsp chai spice blend (or cinnamon, ginger, cardamom)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 cup of ice if you like a little crunchy

- Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as desired.
